The Annual General Meeting of St Sylvesters GAA Club will take place at 8pm on Wednesday 27th November 2024 in the O'Carolan Suite, Grand Hotel, Malahide.

The following business shall be transacted at the Annual General Meeting: 

(a) Adoption of Standing Orders.

(b) Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting.

(c) Consideration of the Annual Report of the Secretary and Sub Committee Reports

(d) Consideration of the Financial Statements including the Report of the Auditor(s)

(e) The Chairperson’s Address

(f) Election of Officers and Members of the Executive Committee.

(g) Proposals

(h) Other Business 

Additional items to be presented:

(i) Update on Broomfield Campus

(j) Update on One Club 5 Year Strategic Plan

(k) Discussion of the update to the St. Sylvester's Constitution
