St Sylvester’s ladies and minor teams flew the flag proudly this week, capped off by a superb Senior Ladies’ championship victory. Ahead, it’s another action-packed weekend for Syls across both hurling and football—with a massive championship tie for our Senior Hurlers and key opening games for our minor footballers and hurlers.

Senior Ladies Set the Tone

The Senior Ladies opened their championship campaign in style with a 1-12 to 2-5 win away to Thomas Davis on Wednesday evening. Their second-half performance and energy put down a serious marker for the rest of the season.image.jpg

2nds Battle in Junior C

Our 2nds were also in action Wednesday night against Garristown at Broomfield in Junior C Group B Round 2. Despite a hard-working display, they were beaten 3-4 to 2-12 but showed real fight that will stand to them as the competition continues.image.jpg
