St Sylvester’s is delighted to launch a brand-new Afterschool Player Development Programme; an initiative under our Games Development Pillar of the club’s 5-Year Strategic Plan.

Open to all 1st & 2nd Year Boys and Girls, this exciting new programme is designed to help players build their all-round game in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment.

Each 60-minute session combines the best of football, hurling, and athletic development:

🏐 20 mins Football Skills – kicking, catching & decision-making
🥎 20 mins Hurling Skills – striking, control & movement
💪 20 mins Athletic Development – speed, agility & coordination

It’s all about developing core skills, improving game understanding, and enjoying every minute with teammates and friends — the Syls way!
