An action-packed Saturday showcased the talent and dedication of our Syls teams across both hurling and football. Here's a comprehensive recap of the day's events, organized from the youngest to the oldest age groups:

2017 Boys (Under-8) 🏑🔵🟢

First Round of Go Games: Our youngest hurlers embarked on their inaugural Go Games journey with enthusiasm and skill:

Team 1: Faced St Vincent’s at The Castle.
Team 2: Challenged Fingallians at Kettle’s Park.
Team 3: Contended with Trinity Gaels at Drumnigh.

The boys displayed exceptional talent, promising a bright future ahead.

2015 Boys and Girls (Under-10) 🏑🔵🟢

Hurling Matches: The boys engaged in thrilling matches at Bridgefield and St Anne’s, showcasing remarkable effort and dedication. Kudos to all players and coaches!

Camogie Blitz: The girls participated in a camogie blitz, demonstrating their growing prowess and passion for the sport. Well done, girls!

2014 Boys (Under-11) 🏑🔵🟢

Go Games Series: The squad played four super competitive hurling matches this morning, facing off against Kilmacud Crokes and Ballinteer St John's. The boys showcased impressive skills and teamwork throughout.

2012 Team 1 (Under-13) 🏐

Football Victory: Delivered a commanding performance against Naomh Mearnóg at Bridgefield, finishing 5-13 to 0-11. Highlights include two exceptional saves by goalkeeper Josh, underscoring the team's defensive strength.

2011 Teams (Under-14) 🏐

Team 2: Triumphed in a high-scoring encounter at the FOC, edging out Ranelagh Gaels 9-8 to 8-7. Despite some challenges with new rule infractions, the team showcased resilience and adaptability.

Team 3: Engaged in a nail-biting match at Bridgefield against a formidable Na Dubh Ghall side, culminating in a draw: Syls 2-7, NDG 3-4. Both teams exhibited commendable skill and sportsmanship.

Team 4: Secured a 5-7 to 5-3 victory against Whitehall Colmcille at Bridgefield. A testament to their hard work and determination. 💪

2009 Boys Division 2 (Under-16) 🏐

League Match: Achieved a comprehensive victory in their league match against Ballinteer St John's. The team's cohesive play and strategic execution were evident throughout the game.
