We’ve been asked to share details of a valuable support opportunity for parents and guardians.
A Six-Week Psychoeducational Programme is being run for parents of children or adolescents experiencing suicide ideation and/or self-harm. This programme aims to provide support, guidance and practical strategies to help families navigate what is undoubtedly a very difficult and distressing time.
Key Details:
- Dates: Tuesdays from May 7th to June 11th
- Time: 6:00pm to 8:00pm
- Location: BMYI, Blakestown Road, Clonsilla
- Open To: Parents/guardians across the Dublin region
- Format: Face-to-face sessions, once per week for six weeks
- Suitability: A short screening process will be in place to ensure the programme is appropriate for those attending
