Easy to Enter:
1. Complete THIS FORM to make your choices (note: you may not pick the same team to win more than once over the 6 weeks).
2. Pay €10 ONLINE VIA CLUBZAP (link) OR VIA REVOLUT (link) to Colly Byrne or leave €10 cash for Conor Hoyne in the clubhouse
Deadline:
- Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, 23rd December 2024.
- Any entries received with NO CORRESPONDING PAYMENT will be deleted before it starts.
- During the form completion you have the option to to send a copy to yourself for your records.
How It Works:
- If your selected team wins, you progress to the next “week.”
- You may not pick the same team to win more than once during the tournament.
- If your team loses or draws, you are eliminated.
- The last person standing wins the €500 jackpot.
How To Play – RULES:
- It’s simple: pick the winner of one (1) Premier League match each “week.”
- If your selection wins, you progress to the next “week.” Lose or draw, and you're out!
- You may not pick the same team to win more than once during the tournament.
- If two or more participants remain standing and are all eliminated in the same week (depending on the week) the prize may distributed equally among them.
- If more than one person remains standing after all fixtures, the game will continue until won - organisers will issue new weeks for completion..
