Passing of Mel Mc Intyre - Updated with Funeral Details

It is with great sadness to report the premature passing of our great friend and club man Mel Mc Intryre.

As a past chairman, Mel served the club with passion and energy for over  22 years. Our deepest sympathies to his wife Trish, sons Bill, Hugh, Gerry, Paddy and his brothers and sisters.

Mel was a passionate GAA person to the core, promoting our games & culture near and far. Mel was proudly assoicated with Good Council, St Sylvester's, Shannon Geals(USA) & St Josephs (USA).

 

Mel will be waked in his home (63 Chalfont Avenue, Malahide, Co Dublin) on Tuesday 13th June from 2pm - 9pm. All welcome.

 

Funeral Details-

Removal on Wednesday morning (June 14th) to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Seabury, Malahide for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Interment afterwards in St. Fintan's Cemetery, Sutton.

Rest in peace, my friend. I'll miss our chats in the Club about hurling:- Dublin, Good Council, Offaly and Tipp.
